JUHA-MATTI SANTALA, FUTURICE

Juhis is a community builder and software developer from Futurice who has turned his hobby and passion into a career - twice. He's a dreamer in all meanings of the word and wants to help young people all around to think big and go for their dreams.

Dreams? Why not!

Most people are not born with a single dream that defines them. For most of us, we discover our dreams and passions through our actions and experiments.

Juhis has turned his hobby and a passion into a career - twice. But it only happened after he learned how to dream and started to work towards his dreams intentionally.

In this talk, he's gonna share his path to dreams in this inspirational journey.

VILLE VESTERINEN, SWAPPIE

Ville is an experienced startup entrepreneur. He co-founded the Slush event and is now involved in Finland's next big growth story, Swappie, a startup that grew from zero to eight million euros in two years.

Previously, Ville founded and led the most promising mobile gaming company of its time, Gray Area, raised funding from the world's leading venture capitalists, built a startup media at a time when nobody knew anything about startups.

In addition to Swappie, he currently sits on the board of the Startup Foundation, which owns Slush, Maria 01 startup hub and other projects that have created startup success in Finland.

Ville will talk about secrets of growth, revealing the right attitude and skills to find growth, and the tools and strategies to create the world's fastest growing startup companies. He explains why every company that wants to succeed is a technology company in 2019, and what skills are there to help you succeed, whether you are an entrepreneur, a manager or an employee in the future business world.

Martta is known as the founder of the clothing company Depressio &co. and a passionate ambassador of creativity. Her mission as an entrepreneur is to create something that makes this world a little brighter place. As a speaker Martta wants to encourage people to be their genuine selves – wonderful creative, vulnerable and weird human beings that we all are.

How to get creative and why?

Is your creativity lost? Or do you have a lot of ideas but don't know how to get them done? What is a creative person like? There is a great inner power within each person to create something new. Everyone is creative.

In her talk, Martta explains why creativity matters, how you can connect with your inner creative power, and what are the most important qualities of a creative person.
