It has become almost a shared belief that a good day should start with a nice cup of coffee, and then continue with few more cups. In fact, in Finland, one person drinks as much as 12 kg of coffee per year! But is it really impossible to be fresh and fit all day long without any 'drugs'?

About the facilitator:
Victor is a Ph.D. student at the University of Oulu, who has gone through all of the challenges of student life and wants to share his experience with you. He believes that each of us has unlimited potential and energy inside to reach our goals, and to simply stay awake when necessary.
